LOVE Van Dyke Yun Dermatology! Have been getting medical treatments and cosmetic procedures for almost 5 years with Dr Van Dyke, Dr Yun, Charlotte PA.. rest assured you are in excellent hands. My rosacea, acne, perioral dermatitis, eczema all totally under control. Cosmetic procedures like filler Botox and lasers have helped keeping me looking youthful. My new favorite is MORPHEUS! So much improvement with laxity , fine lines and definition. Highly recommend!!! Just celebrated 48th birthday day!! :) More

Dr Jasmine Yun listens to every single detail/ concern, without showing judgement. She addresses all of it. I could not be more satisfied. I travel from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Los Angeles twice a year, and I see her every visit. She really is amazing, down to earth and incredibly kind. I had a dermatologist in my area, but he retired. I spent lots of money and time, trying to find somebody to give me the results I was looking for with my Botox, filler, and specifically the asymmetry I saw with my face. Dr. Jasmine was referred to me by a friend who travels from Pittsburgh to appear in commercials, sitcoms and music videos,. I know she treats celebrities, but I never feel like I am any less important than any of her patients. Not to mention., She is also a pathologist, and pays special attention to everything on my skin that may not ook right. Just an added bonus, on top of a meeting my cosmetic needs. Dr. Charlotte was amazing! She already had an idea of what my problem was when I came in based on what I described on my intake form, then was able to easily confirm from a good examination. I was referred to Dr Yun when her office was near Woodland Hills several years ago. I travel from Ojai to Studio City to maintain my relationship with Dr Yun now as I find her to be the kindest, most talented dermatologist I’ve been lucky enough to find. I’m 63, I’ve had a few! She is patient and kind from skin cancer to micro needling, never upselling, yet keeping me informed always of new products. The staff is very efficient and courteous and runs the office impeccably. I’ve seen dermatologists on and off, mainly for acne in Irvine. Now that I moved to LA, I did a lot of research to find a new dermatologist that I could trust and develop a relationship with. I finally landed on this office from seeing great photos and reviews on Yelp.I was a little said to not be able to see Jasmine, but I think my issue was small enough to give their PA Charlotte a chance since I was told she worked with Dr. Yun for several years. And I don’t mind giving other doctors a chance. The staff was great and very kind and professional. And the decor is modern and cute as well.Charlotte was friendly and professional. She immediately figured out what was going on and knew exactly what to do. I think I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was very happy with my visit. And I recently had a follow up visit, and it was also quick and painless as well. I’m confident that my issue will be solved and gone soon. I love that there is a parking lot even if it’s small. My costs was $95 per visit, and I think that’s a very fair price for their expertise and service. More

I went to Dr Yun a few years ago since she was close. So glad I did, she was amazing! She really made you feel like she cared. I needed to go back to her recently. Found out she had moved so was about 25 min further, but it was worth the drive! I got to my appointment, only waited in the waiting room and the room for her for less than 5 min! Even though this clinic didn’t accept my dad’s health insurance, we were willing to bring our dad to be taken care of Dr. Yun because of good reviews about her. My experience when visiting the clinic: The parking is very limited. It has been a couple times I visit this clinic and thankfully, I always find the parking spot. The receptionists are very helpful & friendly.First Impression on the first meeting with Dr. Yun: She is very pleasant to talk with & polite. Even though she’s wearing a face mask, I can tell that she always smiles when she talks and listens. After examining my dad’s skin, we agreed to do biopsy on the dark spot around forehead and his arm, plus cold/Cryotherapy. She surprised knowing that we would pay cash on the treatment. She seriously told us that she would not charge my father on doctor visit. I’ve never expected that she would be so generous to waive 100% fee on doctor visit. We paid cash to other doctors before, but none of them would care on how much we must spend out of the pocket. Dr Yun is totally different. It’s not all about the money (even though money is important), but she is really care about her patients (we can tell from her patients’ reviews). She is a nice doctor inside and out. I’ve never seen such a good doctor like that in my life. Even though she’s knowledgeable, but she’s not arrogant at all. She is patient & considerate. When we were about to leave, she gave us an Aquaphor sample (healing ointment just in case my dad need it). She also informed that she would call me once she received on the biopsy result. Dr. Yun kept her promise. She called me as soon as she received the biopsy result. I was surprised when receiving her phone call because I thought she would ask her assistant or receptionist to call me. I didn’t expect that she would call me on the biopsy result and arranged the schedule for the 2nd visit. She impressed me again with her loyalty as a doctor! On the 2nd visit, my dad went through biopsy again on his arm & his back and cryotherapy. Dr. Yun only charged for a biopsy on my dad’s arm for $250. She didn’t charge my dad on the biopsy on his back, cryotherapy, and doctor visit. Before we left Dr. office, we got a ’goody bag’ from Dr Yun: 4 different samples of sunscreens and an Aquaphor sample. Dr. Yun, we can never thank you enough. Oh, thanks also for spraying the cold stuff on my mom’s neck. Bless your big and generous heart! It’s worth it to find you even though I have to drive for about an hour. I strongly recommend visiting Dr. Yun on dermatology problems. If every doctor strives to be as caring and generous as her, the world would be filled with smiles and laughter instead of pain and sorrow. Sorry for the long review. Always love coming to see Dr. Yun! Usually in and out in a jiff, she’s efficient and thorough. I only see her once a year now for my annual spot check, but she always remembers me and asks how my prior skin issues have been. I realize reviews can be skewed and inaccurate, but I’m so glad I trusted the positive ratings (especially since I currently don’t have health insurance, and paid out of pocket--absolutely worth it). She went above and beyond, and even provided help for an ongoing forehead skin issue that I didn’t initially mention but turned out to be an easy fix. This was the easiest appointment I’ve ever had with a dermatologist...I made the appointment on a Friday using the “ZocDoc” app, and got a spot on Monday afternoon! (I’m used to being told by dermatologists that the next free appointment is a month or more away). Parking in the side lot was easy and free. Office is very clean and modern, and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Dr. Van Dyke saw me right away, and he has a very good demeanor and obvious ease in dealing with patients. He was able to take a look at all the suspicious spots on my skin that I was worried to death about, and he reassured me that they all looked benign. I also had an annoying skin tag that kept bleeding on me (ever since I started with blood thinners) and he was able to numb it and take it right off with zero pain and effort. This clinic is a hidden gem! I made an appointment for botox with Dr. Van Dyke for the following week. The facility was clean and neat. I was checked in and waited a few minutes in the waiting area. I thought the assistant were very polite and helpful, as patients were coming and going. After check in and questions, Dr. Van Dyke came in. I loved that Dr. Van Dyke asked me questions about my past experience with botox. I didn’t feel like another number. He didn’t rush and made sure I was comfortable, explaining as he went along. I battle various forms of dermatitis for 2 years now and I had seen 4 dermatologists before Dr. Van Dyke. Nothing worked, nothing even helped and I was always met with blame, like I was doing something to aggravate my condition, or it was just my own stress or my products. I’ve been going to Doctor Yun since for about 8 to 10 years now. I would drive from West Hollywood to West Hills to see her because she definitely earned my trust.Now to fast forward a few years I actually moved to West Hills but she moved to Studio City which is where I go visit her now. Normally it can take a few weeks to get an appointment with Doctor Yun but the moment I told her staff that I thought I found Skin Cancer they booked me an appointment within a few days. Doctor Yun also let me email her photos because it was New Years Eve and I was totally a mess and super scared. On New Years Eve Doctor Yun emailed me back not once but twice ensuring me that everything was going to be ok. This helped me get through the few days of waiting to see her. Fast forward again to my appointment, it was great to See Doctor Yun in Person again because of Covid our last visit was on FaceTime. She took a look at my bump on my temple and began to numb me up and remove it. The procedure took about 3 minutes. We chatted for a few minutes and she told me that she would send it in for a biopsy. I waited about 3 days and the results were in but unfortunately The Cancer was not all gone and I needed to have more of that section removed. Doctor Yun called me personally and offered to see me the next day but I opted to see her 2 days later to give myself time to prepare for the second surgery. My new appointment arrived this time my brother came with me ( he’s also her patient ) and Doctor Yun Came into the room and completed the procedure again in around 3 minutes. Another Few days passed and I received a voicemail from Doctor Yun that I was Cancer Free!!!! It honestly felt like someone removed a bolder off my chest. Thank you to Doctor Yun and her very polite and compassionate staff. I sincerely appreciate everything you have done for me and my family. In terms of recommendations - it’s my opinion that Doctor Yun is one of the most experienced dermatologists in the United States and you would be lucky to have the chance to resolve any issues you might have with her. I have horrible cystic acne that I have dealt with for years and have seen multiple dermatologists, but nobody ever took the time to actually listen, examine my skin and come up with a personalized plan to tackle the issue like Dr. Yun has. I was getting cortisone injections for my cysts every other week before seeing Dr. Yun, but she created a treatment plan that finally calmed my acne and has also helped fade my acne scarring. It was my first time in that practice. My waiting time was very short. The doctor listened to all of my concerns and then did a detailed skin cancer screening which I appreciated a lot bc I have a lot of moles. He explained what I should focus on going forward in regards to my skin and answered all my questions while the examination. The staff was super friendly and nice. I did a lot of research before choosing to schedule an appointment with Dr. Yun and I was not disappointed. She was knowledgeable and affable. She helped me start a new regimen to correct my atopic dermatitis issues. I am very happy with the consultation that I received and I look forward to continued treatment with Dr. Yun. The staff at Van Dyke Yun Dermatology was also excellent throughout the whole process. I provided most of my information on Zocdoc beforehand so they took me straight to the exam room after checking in. There was no wait at all. One nice touch was the color coded strips of tape on the floor that led to the different examination rooms as well as to the exit. They simply said follow the colored tape and it took me right to the exam room. Great! The staff also got the information for my local/preferred pharmacy and I went straight there after my appointment and my prescriptions were ready. Really wonderful experience. The facility was clean, modern and bright. There were ample parking spots right outside the door of the office. No big parking structure across the street, no shared multi-floor confusing structure or long walk. My car was only a few feet from the door and it was very easy to get in and out. I was impressed with Dr. Yun from my research before my appointment and I am even more impressed with the thought and care of every step of the process. Dr. Van Dyke is a knowledgable, talented, professional with an excellent bedside manner. Dr Van Dyke is great with aesthetics as well as skin care; he is a TRUE dermatologist, not simply interested in the superficial (though he is wonderful with creating natural, younger beauty), he also manages skin disorders. He is also an artist and conservative in his approach to facial treatments, filler, etc. -he will make your best assets even better. Since the beginning, he earned my trust and continues to do so after 10 years of being his patient. Dr. Van Dyke is honest and I can count on him to tell me what treatment I need and when; and not based on the spend either. Amazing! Came in for my second Opus Plasma treatment & I can’t say enough positive things about both the procedure & Dr. Yun. The office is friendly, beautiful, & immaculate with strict COVID protocols. I was immediately brought into the room & given numbing cream for my face. Once numb, Dr. Yun began the procedure. It was a little uncomfortable, but totally worth it & only lasted about 15 minutes. She was very attentive & so fast! We even had time to do Jeuveau after. I had about 2 days of downtime (redness, rough texture) & the results far exceeded my expectations. So much improvement in skin laxity & all sunspots were gone. It’s been 2 months & I am still loving the results. Can’t recommend Van Dyke Yun Dermatology enough! Dr. Yun is absolutely brilliant. More

Doctor Van Dyke is an amazing doctor, I was battling with scalp dandruff for years. I called up the office and got an appointment next day itself. They way they have organized the office and the appointment system, I have never seen anything like that. It’s soo safe to get in there. Even the payments are done via phone so it’s contactless. Well I was prescribed a solution to my scalp and trust me my dandruff disappeared within 2 weeks !!!! Woahhhh I never thought it would be gone in 2 weeks. Also I had some rashes during due to summer, well that was also taken care and to be honest it was cured within 2 weeks.
